The Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke access due to inactivity, failure to meet program requirements, misconduct, or program completion.

Community Access & Conduct

Access to The Traders’ Coach LLC – Trading Errors 404 Coaching Program Community is granted only after the participant has submitted their investment plan, trading strategy, and training portfolio, in accordance with the Program requirements.

Failure to submit the required materials within the specified or communicated timeframe may result in delayed or denied community access, at the Company’s sole discretion.

Participants who enroll in the Ostoul 404 Offer retain access to the community for as long as they remain active investors and for the duration in which the service continues to be offered by the Company.

Participants who do not enroll in the Ostoul 404 Offer are granted community access for a strict period of one (1) year starting from the date of their initial program enrollment. Upon expiration of this period, community access shall automatically terminate without the need for further notice.

The Trading Errors 404 Community is designed to maintain a high-performance, investor-focused environment. Accordingly, only constructive, respectful, and positive-thinking content is permitted within community spaces.

Persistent negative thinking, pessimism, emotional venting, fear-based narratives, or content that may psychologically impact or demotivate other investors is not permitted within the community.

Sharing personal challenges, emotional difficulties, or psychological stress is permitted exclusively during the Proline Support Period and within the LMS Training Environment. Such content is strictly prohibited in the general or public Trading Errors 404 Community spaces.

The Company reserves the unrestricted right to remove, edit, restrict, or delete any content and to suspend or terminate community access, without prior notice, where deemed necessary to protect the integrity, performance focus, and psychological safety of the community.

You warrant and represent that:

Postponement and Refund Policy for The Traders’ Coach LLC_ Trading Errors 404 Coaching Program

Postponement

You can postpone the program before it starts for a maximum of two months. If this period is exceeded, a refund is not allowed. Postponement is not allowed after the program starts, if you encounter an emergency (proof required) the program can be postponed for a maximum of two weeks. If the administration approves the postponement, you agree that the access to the LMS and Proline will be suspended temporarily during the postponement time and resumed normally afterwards. These two weeks will be added to the end of the program period.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the program. You must also demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program without success. Upon determining that you are entitled to a cancellation/ refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue you the refund.

Refund Policy

No refunds are offered on the Trading Errors 404 Coaching Program, except under the limited conditions outlined below.

A refund request will be considered only if:

The request is submitted within four (4) calendar days from the date of purchase; and
The Client has not accessed any program materials, including but not limited to the Learning Management System (LMS), training modules, videos, reports, calculators, tools, downloads, or any digital resources.

If any program material has been accessed, opened, viewed, downloaded, or used in any form, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable, regardless of time elapsed.

Once the four (4) day period has passed, or if program materials have been accessed at any time, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days. EasyKash payments incur a $50 processing fee.

Intellectual Property

The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use program materials solely for personal use during the active program and support period.

Share, distribute, reproduce, copy, resell, license, or disclose any program materials to any third party
Record, extract, scrape, store, or archive any program content
Use program materials in teaching, mentoring, consulting, or coaching others
Incorporate program materials into trading bots, algorithms, automation systems, or derivative tools
Use artificial intelligence tools (including ChatGPT, DeepSeek, or similar systems) to analyze, reproduce, summarize, store, or redistribute program materials

Any violation constitutes a material breach and will result in immediate termination of access to all services, with no refunds issued. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.

Code of Conduct, Account Suspension and Termination

Participation in The Traders’ Coach LLC – Trading Errors 404 Coaching Program requires respectful and professional conduct at all times.

You agree to communicate respectfully with the coach, staff, community members, and affiliated partners, and to follow all program instructions and engagement guidelines.

The Company reserves the sole and absolute right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if your behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to the program environment.

In the event of suspension or termination:

Access to the LMS, ProLine support, meetings, and community may be revoked immediately
No refunds will be issued, regardless of program progress

Termination due to lack of participation, indecision, or failure to implement the program does not create liability for the Company.

Program Modifications and Changes to Terms

The Traders’ Coach LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or amend the Trading Errors 404 Coaching Program, including its structure, services, tools, schedules, pricing, and these Terms and Conditions, at any time to reflect operational, legal, or strategic changes.

When material changes are made, active participants will be notified via email or through the contact information provided at registration at least seven (7) days to active members only before such changes take effect.

By continuing to participate in the program after the updated Terms and Conditions become effective, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If you do not agree to the changes, you may discontinue participation and refer to the applicable refund policy, subject to eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions and the signed contract.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
